I just pulled my back out this afternoon (Thursday, 3/5) around noon. In a lot of pain. I can only hope this is gone by Sunday. It hurts. Happens about 3 times a year and is usually better in 2 to 3 days. Let us pray.

That sucks. What did you do? How bad?
This first race is becoming a major hurdle for us. Take it easy. Maybe we just approach Sunday as a LSR. Hope you get better. Let me know.
