I am running today (Friday 2/6) at 4:00 for 6 miles easy. I am then doing my long run Sunday morning. I would like to meet at the towpath around 7:00 AM. I plan on doing 14.5 miles. Any takers for this? It will be a 9:55-10:05 pace.
