I had a nice, but windy run between mile markers 5 and 10 on the tow path today. I have to admit that I am done for a couple of days. I am so happy I am sticking to my schedule - with NO INJURIES! Knock on wood!! I waited to run until 1:30 today - warmer. Sorry I didn't join you guys this morning - it was just too &^%# cold.
